From familiar Wave favorites to rising stars, these artists are redefining what it means to create and experience music in a virtual space. Reid Speed

A pioneer in the bass music scene, Reid Speed has been a driving force in drum & bass, dubstep, and beyond for over two decades. As the founder of Play Me Records, she’s championed some of the most innovative sounds in electronic music, blending technical mastery with an unmatched energy behind the decks. A Wave favorite, Reid was a standout in our first set of shows, delivering an exclusive drum and bass set honoring her Play Me Records roster that left a lasting impression on our Beta community. We’re thrilled to have her back for Spring 2025, bringing her signature sets and dynamic presence to the Wave stage once again. Haywyre

GRAMMY-nominated producer and pianist Haywyre blends live piano performance with electronic music, creating a genre-defying sound that has captivated fans for over a decade. Known for his viral rendition of Smooth Criminal and acclaimed Two Fold Pt. 1 LP, he has toured with Zedd and GriZ and played major festivals like Coachella and Bonnaroo. With remixes for Charlie Puth and Bazzi and a steady stream of original releases, Haywyre continues to push musical boundaries. Luis Torres

A multi-platinum DJ and music producer, Luis Torres has been a force in electronic music for over a decade. As one half of the former duo Dzeko & Torres, he performed at Ultra, EDC, Tomorrowland, Coachella, and more. With a long-standing connection to Tiesto, Luis has worked on multiple collaborations—including producing the global hit “Jackie Chan” with Post Malone. LATASHÁ

A genre-bending artist, producer, and creative director, Latashá pushes the boundaries of hip-hop, electronic, and avant-garde music. Known for her immersive sonic and visual storytelling, she blends raw energy with innovation, crafting experiences that challenge industry norms. A standout in our first season with her electrifying stage presence, Latashá returns to Wave Beta for a DJ set, bringing her signature style and boundary-pushing sound to the virtual stage once again. Her latest single, “CHAOS”, embodies unfiltered self-expression and artistic evolution, solidifying her as a force redefining independence, authenticity, and creativity in music. LMNOP 

Born and raised in Los Angeles, LMNOP draws from the city’s rich hip-hop and electronic music scene, blending nostalgia with genre-bending futuristic production. Known for his high-energy performances and his one-of-a-kind puppet sidekick, LIL Z, he pushes the boundaries of live music, creating an experience that’s as immersive as it is unforgettable. With releases on RAM, Mad Decent, Space Yacht, Play Me Records, and more, LMNOP’s mission is simple: bring listeners into his world and remind them to let go and have fun. Dr. Apollo

Dr. Apollo began his career as one of the winners of the Insomniac Events Discovery Project. His debut album “The Simulation” featured on the legendary Ram Record is the first full length LP from an American on the label. As a classically trained musician with guidance from mentors like AR Rahman, Quincy Jones, and Drumma Boy, he developed mixing and production techniques based on the “Acusonic Recording Process” and the Fibonacci Sequence. With support from esteemed labels like Dim Mak, Pilot (UKF), BMG, Ram Records, Bassrush, Play Me, Viper, Hospital, DramaClub and industry heavyweights from around the world, Dr. Apollo is on a scientific mission.
