You’ll be at the forefront, working to bring interactive concerts at scale.  Senior DevOps Engineers at Wave employ their knowledge of modern cloud architecture and CI/CD systems to facilitate the development, testing, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and improvement of Wave products and services. You will help the DevOps team improve the Wave developer experience, ensure fast deployments, encourage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, and push ownership of software lifecycle to the developers that know it best. You will also research new technologies, software, and 3rd party providers and make recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product teams to design infrastructure they need to achieve their goals and amaze our audience
  • Create reusable and flexible IaC and CI/CD systems that can be fully automated or run safely by product team stakeholders
  • Improving the internal and external security of our infrastructure
  • Perform code reviews
  • Design solutions to a variety of infrastructure challenges such as configuration, compatibility, error tracing, performance, connectivity, and cost. 
  • Handle incident management, including blameless port-mortems

 Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working with AWS or other cloud provider under a multi-region, scalable, and highly-available system
  • 5+ years experience working with Linux backend server technologies such as Ubuntu Centos
  • 5+ years experience working with CI/CD systems such as TeamCity or Jenkins
  • Demonstrable IaC (infrastructure as code) skills and understands the philosophy

The new Director, Human Resources will lead the Human Resources function of the company and report to the President, Gary Shenk to provide effective guidance on all company HR strategies and their implementation.

Wave is an entertainment technology company and creator of the world’s first multi-channel virtual entertainment platform for live concerts. Using proprietary content development tools built on top of the Unity game engine, Wave creates dynamic virtual spaces for artists to perform live for audiences around the world, bringing fans new interactive live concert experiences. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive the development of the Wave Creation Kit, the set of Unity tools and systems we use to create, produce and broadcast live virtual concerts. 

This role will be responsible for the full product development lifecycle -- from understanding customer needs to identifying the most impactful features and improvements to measuring success after release. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on product manager with a proven track record of delivering industry-leading content creation products for use by professional artists in the Media & Entertainment space. We’re looking for candidates with experience creating the product vision and roadmap for early-stage products, who can wear multiple hats to fill gaps and ensure forward progress. You’ll work with 3D artists, UX designers, software engineers, QA, Legal, operations and other teams to deliver this unique solution serving both internal and external customers.
